The villa is built on 2 levels. Upstairs is a lounge and fully equipped kitchen, which leads to the furnished terrace. The dining room is on a second terrace looking out to neighbouring villas set in the hillside with mountains in the distance.
2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet make up the first floor.
The lower floor has 2 twin rooms, shower room and toilet. One of the bedrooms also has adult bunk beds making it perfectly possible to sleep 10 people in the villa.
Kitchen: oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Lounge: Air conditioning ( so have the bedrooms ), satellite tv with BBC, ITV etc. There is a DVD player, VCR, radio and CD player with a large supply of tapes, cd's, dvds, videos and games.
The upstairs bedrooms both have air con, double beds and fitted wardrobes.
If required there is a travel cot and a baby's high chair.
Outside: leading from the kitchen is a large terrace with an electric awning to shade from the all day sun. A gate in the all round hedge leads to the swimming pool and gardens. This is CHILD FRIENDLY. A range of patio furniture and a BBQ complete the terrace.
An outside cupboard houses beach chairs, parasols, surf boards, golf clubs, childs bikes and toys.
Activities: Terra Mitica is one of europes fun parks, Aqualandia water park, Mundomar dolphin park and zoo.
Local activities include golf, horse riding, jet-ski, sea fishing, snorkling, scuba diving, tennis and much more.
